Shivani Thakur Daxini is a highly experienced and hands-on programmer with over 17 years of experience in diverse technologies, project management, application development, and business solutions. She is currently the General Manager and HR Head at Kiprosh, where she has been working for several years. Shivani is a lifetime learner and is passionate about technology. She is a full-stack programmer who prefers clean deliveries and is fearless, honest, and vocal about her thoughts. Shivani has a diverse range of interests outside of work, including landscape/nature photography, painting, reading motivational and spiritual books, and traveling. She is also a lover of good company and enjoys cooking new recipes in her free time. Shivani is a loner and likes spending time with herself, but she is not an introvert and loves good company. She also loves writing and hopes to write a book someday. Shivani has expertise in several domains, including finance, telecom, utility services, automatic data identification, manufacturing, and e-learning. Her expertise includes portal/desktop/portal device development and migration as well as architecting of systems. She has also worked as Co-founder & Sr. Architect at Kiprosh and as Tech Lead (Manager - ITS) at BA Continuum (BOFA). At BA Continuum, Shivani was responsible for creating intranet applications for Bank of America and developing various complicated modules to support BANK Middle office users from various regions. Shivani holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Amravati University and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Govt Polytechnic Kangra. She has relevant experience of 19.54 years and is proficient in several technologies and domains.
